He holds a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and an MBA in Finance, He has over a decade experience in the Financial Industry, experience spanning Branch operations, Marketing, E-Business, Process Improvement, Project Management, Digital Banking and Financial Inclusion. He is an experienced Business Analyst (certified Lean Six Sigma) with expertise in analyzing E-Business products and other bank operations processes/products.
Adidi Williams Ovie holds a B. Agriculture in Agricultural Economics and Extension from Delta State University, Abraka Delta State, and a Masters Degree in Risk management (in view) from University of Lagos, Lagos State.
Adidi has over 10 years experience in credit risk management, loan recovery, portfolio management, credit analysis, risk evaluation and people’s management.
Bakare,Oluyemi Wale (.ACA, ACTI, MBA,) holds a B. Agric. in Agric. Economics obtained from the University of Agriculture Abeokuta, Ogun State (now Federal University Of Agriculture Abeokuta, FUNAAB). He is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Practitioner. He is also an MBA holder.
He has more than fifteen (15) years’ work experience that have cut across accounting (Folad Formed Ltd), administrative and teaching (Temidire Oxford International High School) and commercial banking (Sterling Bank PLC and Wema Bank PLC)
He has worked as Head of Finance & Accounts of reputable microfinance banks which includes Finatrust MFB Ltd, Crossover MFB Ltd, Edfin MFB Ltd, and Mkobo MFB Ltd and Unilag MFB Ltd
He has worked in all aspects of bank branch operations in active, supportive, administrative and management capacities.
He has attended numerous trainings and courses/symposium as a teacher, banker, accountant and auditor.
